Chancellor never stated the AG owed no apology

Dear Editor,

I would be grateful if you could carry a retraction in your papers on the headline item, ‘AG owes no apology -President, Chancellor’ (SN May 18). In so far as it refers to the Honourable Chancellor of the Judiciary, she never stated that the Attorney General owes no apology. She said the matter is settled in court. Simply put the court (the Judge) decided on the matter. That is settled.

I should be grateful also if you could give the retraction the same prominence as the caption in today’s article.
