Please be good enough to find space for this apology, which Ms Sandra Jones, of SV Jones Associates, and Gecom Commissioner would wish to make to all those persons who could not reach her by email, to congratulate her on the National Award of the Golden Arrow of Achievement for her contribution to public service.
As a consequence, those overseas generously resorted to the expense of telephone calls.
The reason for the inconvenience is that Ms Jones’ office has been without GTT’s internet service for more than three months now, during which time the management has failed to respond to the two complaints sent (copies attached hereto for easy reference).
It would be interesting to forecast for what services this organisation will ever earn a national award.
