Rugby Sevens action returns to the National Park tomorrow with the staging of the inaugural Modern Optical tournament.
Set to kick off at 11:30am, the event will see the Guyana Defence Force, the Pepsi Hornets, the Yamaha Caribs and the Police Falcons along with one guest team tackling each other for the championship trophy. Two female teams- national A and B will also go head-to-head.
The tournament, which comes on the heels of the Guinness 7s (won by the Hornets outfit), continues a series of competitive play involving the national players who will compete in the prestigious Hong Kong 7s scheduled for April.
