    Former world chess champion Anatoly Karpov attended the FIDE Sub Zonal Qualifying Chess Tournament in Nassau, Bahamas, as an honoured guest of the Bahamian Chess Federation.. Karpov visited the tournament and examined the games which were in progress. In photo, he takes a look at the game between Guyana’s Errol Tiwari and Barbados’ National Chess Champion Martyn Del Castillo. Tiwari gained three points from the tournament, which included one female grandmaster from Venezuela, and received a FIDE international chess rating.
