For the last 15 years Christmas Day has found 49-year-old Jennifer Gulliver pounding the streets of Georgetown selling newspapers. The vending of newspapers has been this woman’s only occupation during those years and even though it has not been an easy rood she will tell you that the earnings from the newspaper sales have helped to send her children to school and build her Turkeyen home.
