Dear Editor,
I think Mark Bender in his interesting letter made a mistake in omitting George Headley from his list of great batsmen measured against The Don (‘Bradman is the best batsman the world has ever produced’ SN, January 22).
Dear Editor,

Dear Editor,
Please permit me to respond to the letter captioned ‘The chairman and vice- chairman of a region are elected by members of the Regional Democratic Council,’ by Mr Archie W Cordis which was published in the Stabroek News of Janurary 21, and which conveys an incorrect impression of the election for the chairman and vice-chairman of a PPP/C-won region.
Dear Editor,

The debate between the Guyana Nurses’ Association and the Ministry of Health needs to be better enlightened, if only for the benefit of those persons who are likely, however reluctantly, to be patients of public health facilities.
Dear Editor,
When the synthetic track at Leonora village is finally completed in 2012-2013, it will be a booster for West Coast Demerara (Region 3) since all track meets will be hosted there.
