Letters to the Editor

Why did Sittlington accompany SOCU on raids?

Dear Editor, At the Parliamentary Opposition press conference held on March 29, 2017, Mr Adam Harris, Editor of the Kaieteur News, challenged me on my statement that the British High Commission had denied the presence of any staff of the BHC at the now famous “wine party” at the Oasis Cafe on Wednesday March 7, 2017.

Dear Editor, It is too late for tears and lamentations in the matter of the plundering and pillaging of artifacts and national treasures belonging to the bauxite industry by scrap metal dealers  (‘Scrap metal dealers “plundered” Linden of several famous artifacts’ KN, April 3).
