2,000 lb of ganga valued at $10M seized

(Jamaica Gleaner): Over 2,000 pounds of ganja valued at approximately $10 million was seized in Portmore, St Catherine, Jamaica yesterday by detectives from the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime division.

T&T businessman charged with $8.6m fraud, money laundering

(Trinidad Express) A Westmoorings man was expected to appear before a Port of Spain Magistrate yesterday, charged with 32 counts of money laundering and one count of obtaining approximately TT$8.6 million by false representation, between the period October 2015 and April 2018.

Venezuelans survive by smuggling over the waves to Trinidad
