Davis, Cousins power Pelicans past Cavaliers

(The Sports Xchange) – Anthony Davis scored 10 of his game-high 30 points in a two-minute stretch of the fourth quarter and DeMarcus Cousins had his seventh career triple-double with 29 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists to power the New Orleans Pelicans to a 123-101 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Jamal John returned to his winning ways yesterday. One day after placing second in the National Park to Geron Williams, the season’s most successful wheelsman turned the tables on his fellow national rider to cart off the spoils of the 40-mile PowerAde road race staged at West Demerara.
