Dear Editor,
Over the last week, I have been bombarded with text messages from GT&T informing me that if I top up with $500 I will get 50% in free minutes. This has been happening after every call. I have found this to be an attack on my sanity; sometimes I’m deep in thought as to where my next meal is going to come from, only to have it interrupted by this baseless message.
Editor, is this one of the features we will have to endure during this promotion? I’m sure that all GT&T customers know by now that they will earn free minutes every time they top up. This method they have employed as their marketing strategy has created a negative impact upon many of their customers. I do wish that they would cease this bothersome strategy so that all their loyal customers can have some amount of peace of mind. Digicel, look out, we just might be switching your way if this continues.
Yours faithfully,
K Persaud

Both Cell phone companies send you SPAM.
And for those who wants to change to Digicel, smoke this first:
Digicel Calling Rate:
Peak Off-Peak
To Digicel $25.60 $22.40
To Fixed lines $32.00 $28.00
To other mobile $32.00 $28.00
And you think these rates include 16% VAT? You better think again homie….and think again about switching too.
Mind you, I am Digicel subscriber who have an extra GT&T SIM waiting for a phone to put it in since by DIgi is locked…..these blasted ppl…….
Cheap like r@*%!!
