Body of boy found at Parika
The body of a fifteen-year-old boy was yesterday discovered lying in a farm at Parika, East Bank Essequibo (EBE).
Dead is Mohamed Khan of Hyde Park, EBE. According to reports, he was discovered at around 8 am yesterday. He had on Monday left home to go to a workshop where he is an apprentice but never returned.
Police in a statement said that no marks of violence were seen on his body. The body was taken to the West Demerara Regional Hospital.
A post-mortem examination on the body will take place today.
