Patentia resident wins Digicel scooter
Digicel says Asaf Munilall is the first ‘Red Hot Summer’ winner in its latest promotion which will see ten scooters being given away.

Digicel Red Hot summer winner Asaf Munilall beams as champion race car driver Mark Vieira hands over the keys to his new scooter.
The Patentia Housing Scheme resident received his scooter during Digicel’s road show from Georgetown to Patentia to celebrate the win. “I am so elated, words cannot really explain. I’d like to thank Digicel for not only giving great quality service to customers but also for giving us an opportunity to win fabulous prizes such as this scooter,” he said. During the presentation Digicel Marketing Communications Manager Ramesh Rupchand encouraged the public to take advantage of the promotion.
According to a press release Munilall’s name was drawn during the promotions held at the New Court Yard on Friday. The promotion was launched on July 14 at Le Meridien Pegasus Hotel and will run for seven weeks. It will offer customers a chance to win “big deals on handset purchase and a chance to win a brand new [s]cooter weekly,” the release said.
