Dear Editor, We, the elected members of the Central Executive Committee of the People’s National Congress Reform were dismayed by the publication of an anonymous, unauthorised and unsigned ‘Statement’ titled – David Granger will not be allowed to turn the PNCR into a one man show. 

Dear Editor, Nothing is wrong with giving out money to poor people under the banner of “Because We Care (BWC).”

Dear Editor, It is hard to offer any comments on Guyana’s public affairs, without reminding readers that the Government is likely to interpret right and wrong in the political provisions taken by activists on either side.

Dear Editor, On July 15th President Ali Administration launched its “Because We Care” program, which will benefit 172,000 students across Guyana.

Dear Editor, The anti-stance taken by some members of the opposition, in particular one, against the ‘Because We Care’ initiative being rolled out with great enthusiasm and fervor, could only be for one reason and one reason only: sheer embarrassment. 

Dear Editor, My assertions that there will be some degree of rapprochement between the United States and Venezuela is confirmed.
