Dorado swim club raffle drawn

Twelve persons won prizes in the Dorado Speed Swim Club raffle which was drawn at the Colgrain Poolside on Sunday.

Anne Nassy of Eping Avenue, Bel Air won gold earrings donated by Gaskin and Jackson; Sandra Denny Welch of Festival City, North Ruimveldt, a three-piece living room suite donated by AH&L Kissoon; F McKoy of Church Street, Alberttown, a cellular telephone donated by Wireless Connections; Taariq Clarke of Hadfield Street, a large food hamper donated by N&S Mattai Trading; and Kwasi Angus of Timehri, a microwave oven donated by Alphonso Record Store.

The winners of the consolation prizes were Bibi Juman of Bel Air Park; Gem Reis, Providence; Camille De Groot, Subryanville; Peter Nawbatt, Regent Street; Serena Balkarran, East Street; Lisa Foster, Thomas Street; and Somdat Mathura of Orca Speed Swim Club.

The winners may uplift their prizes from the Dorado Speed Swim Club by contacting the administrator at Colgrain Pool.

The raffle was in aid of assisting six of Dorado’s top swimmers participation in the Amateur Swimming Association of Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) International Invitational Swim Meet at the Marlins Swim Pool in T&T last December where they all performed creditably.
