A 32-year-old man went berserk yesterday and severed the head of another man around 12:15 pm at Seafield Village, West Coast Berbice after firing several other chops wildly.
An eyewitness said the dead man, 37-year-old Elton Shepherd, called `Fineman’ and `Scarlon’, a clothes vendor had been under an abandoned house with his assailant and a few other youths moments before he was brutally hacked to death.
