Three men accused of raping three teenagers were remanded to prison when they appeared at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Sean Brusch was not required to plead to the indictable charge of rape, Glenford Duncan was not required to plead to a charge of carnally knowing a girl under 15 years and Dorell St. Clair faced a similar charge of carnal knowledge of a girl under 15 years.
One of the virtual complainants is 18 years and two are 13 years old. Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle remanded the men to prison.
They will return to Court Five on November 16.
