Georgetown Mayor Hamilton Green says Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Patrick Manning’s victory at the polls is a vindication of his “astute leadership and good governance,” a congratulatory letter said.
Green said Manning’s renewed mandate is testimony to the faith the people have in his stewardship. He extended best wishes to the prime minister, his wife Hazel and the People’s National Movement (PNM) stalwarts “whose energy contributed to your victory.”
