Entering C Division! Speed Limit 48mph written by the arms of the law big and bold in yellow at the junction of Sheriff Street and the East Coast highway. It’s a pity those written words of command are not equipped with a camera or the necessary equipment to tell of those drivers of some minibuses, taxis and private luxury vehicles who see it fit only to break into a race on the instant the green light appears:
