Three men are in police custody following a search at a Sparendaam Squatting Area, East Coast Demerara home on Wednesday night during which several items including a pair of police boots and a pair of handcuffs were found.
A police press release stated that about 9:30 pm on Wednesday, police ranks conducted a search on a house at Sparendaam Squatting Area, ECD, where they found two live 9mm rounds, three toy pistols, a face mask, a laser light, a pair of police regulation boots and a pair of handcuffs.
Three men have been arrested and are in custody assisting with the investigations, the police said.
