A 21-year-old man, who allegedly had carnal knowledge of a 14-year-old female, was remanded to prison when he appeared before the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
Jason Clark of 204 D’Andrade Street, Newtown Kitty was not required to plead to two indictable charges of carnal knowledge when they were read to him by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton.
It is alleged that on July 9 at D’Andrade Street, Newtown Kitty the accused had carnal knowledge of a 14-year-old girl.
Clark was remanded to prison and the matter is to continue on Friday in Court One.
