The Kennard Memorial Turf Club will stage the Indian Arrival Day meet on Sunday. In brief remarks after the presentation which was held in Kennard’s office, Wines and Spirits brand manager, Maria Munroe, expressed her company’s delight at being associated with the Turf Club.
“We at DDL are very pleased to be associated with the Kennard Memorial Turf Club in their hosting of the Indian Arrival Day horse racing meet. We have found them to be a very manageable unit and we have no hesitation in working along with them now and in the future,” Munroe stated.

In response, Kennard highlighted the fact that DDL through its El Dorado brand, had never given a negative response when approached for sponsorship.
“Ever since 1972, we at the Kennard Memorial Turf Club has enjoyed a good working relationship with DDL for each of our four horse racing meets held each year.

“We have received from them already apart from today’s event and have already gotten their assurance of sponsorship for our meet that is scheduled to be held in August and the final one in December.
“I must say heartfelt thanks to them.”
