Eaton Chester, Managing Director of Citizen’s Bank (Guyana), has been appointed Honorary Consul of Jamaica to Guyana.
Chester presented his Letters of Commission to Minister of Foreign Affairs Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett on Thursday at the ministry. A Government Information Agency press release said Chester is a qualified banker with years of experience. He was also a former Finance Controller/Corporate Secretary at Citizen’s Bank before assuming the post of Managing Director.
