An elderly man died after reportedly falling off the steps of his Mon Repos home last evening.
Dead is Etwaroo, 79, of the Mon Repos Housing Scheme, East Coast Demerara. It was not clear how the incident occurred. He was transported to the Georgetown Public Hospital by his son last evening, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The matter was reported to the Beterverwagting Police Station.
