(Jamaica Gleaner) A prominent businessman in Little London Westmoreland, Jamaica was murdered yesterday morning. Stanley ‘English’ Davidson, 68, was shot and killed during a robbery at his house around 7 a.m.
The gunmen reportedly robbed him of $22,000.
A nephew of the deceased who gave his name only as Border said he heard the gunshot shots but was too terrified to approach the house until after the police arrived.
Davidson’s death is the second fatality being investigated by the Little London police in as many days.
On Wednesday, the body of 26-year-old Rohan Russell was found floating in a river in the neighbouring community of Big Bridge.
