Camptown finished in second place on 28 points while the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) was third on  26 points and Fruta Conquerors, fourth, with  24 points.

Pele improved one spot from last year to finish in fifth place with 22 points while BK International Western Tigers was sixth with 15 points.

Georgetown Football Club (GFC) and Flamingo were seventh and eighth respectively with six and three points and will be the two teams facing relegation to the First Division League.

In Friday’s encounters, Western Tigers devoured Flamingo 5 – 0 in a one-sided affair while Alpha United got past Camptown 2 – 1 in the feature encounter.

Alpha scored as early as the 12th minute through Kelvin Smith and was able to score again on the brink of half-time compliments of Dwayne Jacobs.

Camptown found themselves immediately under pressure at the commencement of the second half being two goals down as the three-time champions showed no signs of letting up.

However, some hope was spread throughout the Camptown contingent when Devon Mosley scored in the 53rd minute and made it a one possession game but Alpha was able to defend their one goal lead to go home victorious.
