Seodatt Harricharran, 35, of Coldingen, ECD, who was allegedly involved in the fatal accident on December 18, 2010, at Coldingen which resulted in the death of Special Constable Marva Mc Nabb, was today charged with causing her death by dangerous driving and failing to render assistance.
