The duo was accused of using a knife to rob Rashley Joseph of a laptop computer, two cell phones and a bicycle, with a total value of $126,000. When they first appeared they were not required to plead  to the charge.

Making an application for bail for Pinder, attorney-at-law Rushell Liverpool told the court that her client was 17 years old and lives with his mother at 622 East Ruimveldt. Liverpool said that her client comes from a responsible household.

And an unrepresented Glasgow told the court in his bid for bail that he is 24 years old and resides at 687 East Ruimveldt, Avocado Housing Scheme.  He worked at the Texaco service station on Mandela Avenue.

Meanwhile Police Prosecutor, Inspector Joel Ricknauth did not object to bail. However he asked that bail be set in a substantial amount and that both men report to the East Ruimveldt Police Outpost once a week.
