The teen was not required to enter a plea to the indictable charge which states that on June 10, 2008 he had carnal knowledge of the female who was 13-years-old at the time.
The matter was called to the magistrate’s bench where a lengthy discussion ensued. The magistrate then suggested that the prosecutor seek advice in the matter since at the time of the incident the defendant was 15-years-old.
The teen is expected to make another court appearance on January 29.
