One person had been arrested following the discovery of a quantity of narcotics at a house at Anna Catherina on the West Coast Demerara yesterday.
According to a police press release, around 09:30 hrs yesterday, police ranks conducted a search of the house, where 7 grammes of suspected cocaine and 65 grammes of cannabis sativa (marijuana) were found.
A woman has been arrested and is in police custody.
