The man who was found floating in the Demerara River on Wednesday has been identified as Terrence King, 50, of Third Street, Alexander Village, police said yesterday.
According to a press release investigations are still ongoing into the circumstances surrounding his death.
King whose name was initially given as ‘Terry’ and `Fine Pants’ was found in the vicinity of the La Penitence koker around 10.45 hours.
The body was subsequently taken to the Lyken’s Funeral Home.
