Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited recently made two senior appointments to its management team.
In a press release the Bank said Devan Khemraj was appointed Manager, Branch Operations on May 17, following his tenure of exposure in leadership positions. Prior to this appointment Khemraj held several managerial positions in the Bank’s branch network at Rosignol and Corriverton branches and in the Finance and Planning Department.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Account-ing from the Oxford Brookes University and is also a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accoun-tants.
The Bank also said that Shridath Patandin was appointed Officer-in-Charge at the Vreed-en-Hoop Branch on March 14.
According to the release he began his career with the Bank in April 1995 and has over the years had the opportunity to serve in several key positions across the Bank’s network particularly in the credit function.
He holds a Diploma from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
