A clothes vendor who is accused of stealing a cell phone from a woman was on Monday granted $30,000 bail when he appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
The allegation is that on October 27 at Georgetown, Jason Helliger of 29 Independence Boulevard stole from Jean Lall
