Caricom needs to reform governance to make use of UNASUR – Girvan

There are several areas where the Caribbean Community (Caricom) can and should be using the Union of South American States (UNASUR) as part of its strategic agenda but the governance structure of Caricom needs to be reformed, Professor Norman Girvan says.
