A miner yesterday drowned after he fell out of a boat in the Wakapoa River as he was heading home after having holiday drinks with friends.
Carl Murray, 27, of Wakapoa fell out of a speed boat around 5.30 pm yesterday and disappeared. Reports are that he had left Charity,
