Evans had appeared in court on February 9 and pleaded not guilty to the charges when Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson read them to him, but yesterday he pleaded guilty.
He admitted yesterday that between February 6 and 7 he indecently assaulted the two girls.
Reports are that the girl’s father saw Evans while he was committing the acts.
