GWI is making lots of noise about not wasting water and reporting leakages, but when people report leakages no action is taken by GWI to have them fixed. It was some time in August 2009 that I called 227-8701 and reported four leaks at the back of Atlantic Gardens. I told the young lady that the four pipes were running all the time, and GWI was aware of it because they had to give the customers new connections from the main which they laid in the Felicity area. This was over two years ago. I had told them then about the four pipes. They had come, looked at the leaks, then went away and never returned. After complaining in August 2009 I again called on November 25, and I got reference no Q5-7037, but up until now, May 2010, no one has come, and this leakage has caused the GPL pole which is nearby to lean towards the trench.
