According to a source close to the T&TFF, Latapy, team manager David Muhammad and Technical Advisor Lincoln “Tiger” Phillips submitted their technical reports to the T&TFF on Friday, ahead of today’s crucial meeting of the top brass which is expected to decide Latapy’s future.

Latapy presided over T&T’s disastrous DCC Finals campaign in Martinique when the team lost their opening games to Cuba and Grenada, to miss out on the semi-finals and a spot in next year’s CONCACAF Gold Cup in the United States.

The performance sparked speculation over Latapy’s future and recent reports indicated he is likely to be replaced.

In the reports, the three men cited a number of situations that contributed to the poor display.

These reports will now be discussed by the Federation’s executive, headed by president Oliver Camps and its special advisor, FIFA vice-president and CONCACAF boss, Jack Warner today.

Reports indicate that no fewer than 12 international coaches have applied for the job to coach the Soca Warriors.
