The competition, which is the brain child of designer Sonia Noel, will be in the form of a six week TV show set to be aired on NCN Channel 11 and HJTV.
While there will be eliminations for the models every week the designers and stylists along with the chefs will go through to the end where the winners will be announced at GLAMOROUS, billed for the Pegasus on July 4th.
“Lots of excitement in the camp especially with the inclusion of the plus size models and the culinary arts,” Noel said in a recent release.
According to Noel they will be asked to be part of a number of challenges the individual winners of which will be announced on the TV show
“Wow fashion and food can’t wait for the world to see our creativity”; “I have been waiting for something like this to come for a long time to showcase my talent”; and “Very happy portfolio consider the culinary arts this year Guyana is in for a treat” were some of the comments of the designers and chefs quoted in Noel’s release.
According to Noel there is a lot of excitement in the camp from all areas in the competition, and while not everyone can win she believes that all will take away some valuable lessons that will enhance their lives.
