Charity vendors reoccupy public road

Vendors have reoccupied the shoulders of the Charity Public Road. Councillors of the Charity-Urasara Neighbour-hood Democratic Council (NDC) summoned a special meeting recently to address the situation, which resulted from the temporary permission granted during the Christmas holiday.
