GASCI (www.gasci.com/telephone Nº 223-6175/6) reports that session 397’s trading results showed consideration of $25,768,066 from 458,389 shares traded in 17 transactions as compared to session 396 which showed consideration of $15,720,384 from 323,401 shares traded in 24 transactions.  The stocks active during this week’s session were DIH, DDL, RBL and SPL.

Banks DIH Limited’s (DIH) four trades totaling 56,592 shares represented 12.34% of the total shares traded.  DIH’s shares were traded at a Mean Weighted Average Price (MWAP) of $12.3, which showed an increase of $0.3 from its previous close at $12.0.  DIH’s trades contributed 2.71% ($698,485) of the total consideration. DIH’s first trade of 28,125 shares was at $12.1, its second and third trades totaling 5,120 shares were at $12.5, while its last trade of 23,347 shares was at $12.6.

Demerara Distillers Limited’s (DDL) two trades totalling 16,500 shares represented 3.60% of the total shares traded.  DDL’s shares were traded at an MWAP of $10.5, which showed a decrease of $0.2 from its previous close of $10.7.  DDL’s trades contributed 0.68% ($173,991) of the total consideration. DDL’s first trade of 7,407 shares was at $10.6, while its second trade of 9,093 shares was at $10.5.

Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited’s (RBL) four trades totalling 298,715 shares represented 65.17% of the total shares traded.  RBL’s shares were traded at an MWAP of $64.5, which showed an increase of $1.5 from its previous close of $63.0. RBL’s trades contributed 74.77% ($19,267,760) of the total  consideration. RBL’s first three trades totalling 148,715 shares were at $64.0, while its fourth trade of 150,000 shares was at $65.0.

Sterling Products Limited’s (SPL) seven trades totaling 86,582 shares represented 18.89% of the total shares traded.  SPL’s shares were traded at an MWAP of $65.0, which showed no change from its previous close.  SPL’s trades contributed 21.84% ($5,627,830) of the total consideration.  All of SPL’s trades were at $65.0.
