Congratulations go out to Ruth Anna Arthur from her mom, brothers, sister and other relatives upon her achievement of a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guyana and Master of Laws from the University of Georgia.
Ruth is the daughter of Pearl and the late Aubrey Arthur of Pearl’s Bakery and granddaughter of Joyce and the late Samuel Elijah Brotherson, Barrister-at-Law.
