Georgetown Magistrate’s Court moving to Middle St

The Georgetown Magistrate’s Court will be moving to Middle Street as of Monday to enable repairs to its historic Avenue of the Republic and Brickdam building.

In a notice in today’s Stabroek News, Chancellor of the Judiciary Carl Singh said that from Monday Courts 1,2,3,5,8 and 9 will be relocated to 92 Middle Street, Georgetown, formerly the site of the Globe Trust building.

Court will be conducted at this site until further notice.
