Three men accused of stealing a quantity of nails and barbed wire belonging to Gafoors Limited were yesterday placed on $40,000 bail each when they appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
The allegation against Akash Farook, Jason Nobrega and Michael Gardener is that on March 1 at Georgetown, they stole a quantity of nails and barbed wire, property of Gafoors.
The jointly charged trio denied the larceny charge when it was read to them at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
