Chairman of the Guyana Elections Commission (Gecom) Dr. Steve Surujbally was the first to receive copies of the 2011 telephone directory.
The twenty copies handed to Surujbally launched the distribution exercise and Project-Director, Guyana Telephone Directory Guyenterprise Lisa Insanally said the directory is an invaluable resource to Guyanese. This being an election year, she said,
