The police are investigating the murder of fisherman Krishnadat Khalandawell, 41 years of No. 79 Village, Corriverton, which occurred at about 2015h yesterday Sunday at No. 79 Village.
Investigations have revealed that Khalandawell was involved in an argument with another man, during which he was stabbed to his neck with a broken bottle. He was pronounced DOA at the Skeldon Hospital.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
