Police in E&F Division are investigating the murder of a Brazilian man which occurred on Sunday at Ikawan, Cuyuni River.
According to a police press release issued today, Edel Alemba Passos, 51, was fatally stabbed at about 1900 hours during an argument with another man. The suspect is yet to be arrested, the police said.
The body is at the Lyken’s Funeral Parlour awaiting a post-mortem examination.
