Sherwin Anthony Hyle who is accused of the May 1, 2008 murder of Joel Savory at Friendship was on Wednesday committed to stand trial at the High Court after a prima facie case was made out against him.
Magistrate Sueanna Lovell who presided over the matter at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court in her address informed that the court had found that a prima facie case was made out against the accused and as such he was committed to stand trial at the High Court.
