The man whose decomposing body was found at Buzz Bee Dam, Craig, East Bank Demerara died as a result of pesticide poisoning on Monday, a post-mortem examination yesterday revealed.
According to a police press release the PME on Shivram Seecharran was performed by government pathologist Dr Nehaul Singh.
Police had said that they were investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the 26-year-old Craig resident.
His body was found around 13:30 hrs.
