Gunmen snatch $4M in traffic light ambush

Robbers grabbed $4M in a hail of gunfire on Tuesday, when they ambushed two men at a traffic stop in the city.

Police identified the victims as Danesh Boodna, 34, and Harry Jodhan. They were in their vehicle at the traffic light near Conversation Tree, Rupert Craig Highway, when the robbery occurred.

According to police, the Boodna and Jodhan were confronted by two men armed with handguns, who drove up beside them. The robbers then discharged rounds at the vehicle, damaging a window in the process, after which they took away a bag containing the money and escaped.
