Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) yesterday blamed voltage fluctuations for disruptions in the water supply to residents along the East Bank and East Coast of Demerara.
The situation has affected water supply to the Diamond Housing Scheme, Caledonia, and from Coverden to Craig, on the East Bank of Demerara; and from Sparendaam to Clonbrook,
